Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule/cancel your appointment. TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE, please be sure to contact us within 1- 2 hours of your scheduled time or you will be charged the cost of the session. If you happen to be 30 mins late, it will be observed as a No Call/No Show. And we would ask of you to contact & reschedule for an available evening session or the next day. Starting as of May 1, 2019. Our Rates for No Call/ No Show Will Be The Cost Of The Session (ranging from $65+ Gen. Membership - $120+ For Elite Level Training). This rated will also include $24 reprocessing & filing fee. This is rated according to each client that is No Call/No Show. Any one with out booking or proper contact with be considered a Walk-In. Our walk rate are $45 for the first time. And increase there after. Please be aware that we take our clients, students, athletes, and our parents energy and time very seriously. We use our Applied Sciences & Human Performance Practices & Procedures to create Consistency in Quality of Service which gives you all the best experience and results possible Most importantly we serve you as a high entity to the generation before and after. We hope our system will streamline the appointment process providing our clients, students and professional athletes with consistent service.
